Elisa Becchetti  South London

Elisa graduated from Pisa Veterinary University, Italy in 2009. She worked for 6 years in a busy Cardiology and Diagnostic Imaging Referral Veterinary Clinic. She then moved to the UK in 2015, working several years for a Veterinary Hospital in Central London as an ultrasonographer. Elisa now enjoys her career as a freelance veterinary ultrasonographer, performing abdominal ultrasounds, cardiac ultrasounds, ECGs, and ultrasound-guided procedures in the South London area.

Dr Sarah Keir BVMS PGCert(SAM) MRCVS

Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine VetArtis provides peripatetic advanced medicine and ultrasound services for small animal practices in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

I partner with your team to provide an increased range of services for your clients, keeping the work in-house with book on-demand visits that are convenient for all and providing support for less experienced vets and difficult cases with reports with clinically relevant information and case discussions.

I also carry equipment and am happy to do related procedures such as biopsies and sticking needles in things. When I was doing my medicine certificate, I came to realise that every medicine case needed an ultrasound examination at some point and doing a medicine certificate let me work up the tricky cases that I love. The medicine certificate is key to interpreting the ultrasound images in a clinically relevant way. Helping vets to help the pets – this is your partnership with VetArtis.

Mark Taylor BVetMed CertAVP(VC) PGCertVPS MRCVS

Mark qualified from the RVC in 2011. After obtaining the CertAVP in Veterinary Cardiology, he set up Wyre Veterinary Referrals in 2021, which provides cardiac consultation, echocardiography, ECG, abdominal scanning and ultrasound-guided sampling services to practices across the West Midlands.

Insight Veterinary Services - Natasha Shanks BVSc MSc MRCVS

and Rebecca Ewbank RVN

Natasha qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2013 and went on to complete a Masters of Science in Imaging in 2020.  In late 2021 she launched Insight Veterinary Services with an aim of providing small animal practices with all their ultrasound needs.
Rebecca qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2015 and her main interests lie in animal welfare, anaesthesia and analgesia.
Together, they provide a supportive, accessible and advanced abdominal ultrasound service for small animal practices across the South West of the UK.  Practice staff are able to continue with their other duties whilst they perform the ultrasound examination.

Dr Emma-Louise Waller BVSc CertAVP(VC) MRCVS, RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Cardiology

E L Veterinary Cardiology provides support to practices within Hampshire and South Wiltshire for first opinion and first tier referral veterinary cardiology. All required equipment is provided so work can continue as normal around visits.

Emmie qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2012. She has held several positions including a clinical directorship within veterinary practice during that time. After quickly acquiring an interest in cardiology when her own German Shorthaired Pointer was diagnosed with ARVC, Emmie has been developing her skill set ever since, focusing on veterinary cardiology in practice for several years. Emmie has obtained the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Cardiology from the University of Liverpool and is recognised by the RCVS as an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Cardiology.
